For one lost License Plate
Required:
- The remaining plate (if you have it)
- Copy of the registration if possible
- Copy of New York state license or the equivalent 6 points of identification.
- Original insurance card
For both lost License Plates
Required:
- The MV78 for two lost plates.
- Copy of their registration
- Copy of their drivers license
- Original Insurance card
IT’S EASY INC. FEE: $65.00
DMV FEE: Open check to DMV or cash
The approximate fee is $28.00 to replace plates.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Same day service is $105.00 to It’s Easy Inc..
Bring documents no later then 8:30 AM same day service by 5:00-5:30pm.
